I am an architect and the co-director of Magri Williams Architects.

At 18 years old I found it a difficult decision to choose what to study. I took a gamble with architecture because I really enjoyed art and mathematics. On this basis architecture seemed to be the logical choice.

One thing I particularly enjoy is the varied skill set that the job requires. I can be sketching and working on a very conceptual basis one day, to project managing and resolving live issues on site the next.

Whilst the job can be demanding and requires a passion for the industry, for me, the reward and enjoyment that comes with it, makes it all worth it.
