I am an Associate Director in the Lighting Team within AECOM’s London office and have worked in the field of specialist lighting design for over 15 years. I am a masters graduate from the Warsaw University of Technology – Lighting Techniques Division, I have led and worked on a broad range of projects. I have experience in creative interior and exterior designs for multitude of sectors from urban masterplanning to architectural and building services design.

My role includes creating new and exciting lighting by joining creative lighting design with new technologies and sustainability.

During my childhood I traveled around Europe with my parents. Illuminated facades of Colosseum, Louvre and play of light in Sagrada Familia made me fall in love with light and I knew I want to be a lighting designer.

Challenges for women in construction consultancy (apart from the pay gap) is still recognition of our skills and potential.
