The idea of leaving a legacy really attracted me to this industry. The fact that in years to come you can walk around a city, park or space and know that you were part of making something happen is an amazing feeling!

Most would think being in Cost Management, my key skills would be maths but it’s actually communications and approachability; it’s what makes a great project.

I think our biggest challenge is ourselves. Most women struggling with imposter syndrome or perception of the industry itself. It certainly isn’t a “man’s world” and being female is actually a skill in itself. We bring a completely different dynamic to a room that should be embraced.
