I am Korean and born and raised in London; during my childhood I remembered being fascinated by the ever-changing skyline.

Curiosity led me to this industry.

I always questioned my friends and family about it - how did that crane get so high up? Or why is that building fully covered in glazing? Who designed that non-conventional building?

Being in a male dominated field as a woman of colour, can be overwhelming and daunting so it can be hard to fit in but my advice to young women is to follow your passion as you will empower those around you.
