I am a Chartered Civil Engineer with experience of working on public and private sector projects in the UK and overseas.

I’m passionate about Construction, it has the ability to transform lives in so many ways. It offers such a vast range of opportunities, tackling some of the largest challenges that we face as a civilisation.

My key skills are communication, problem-solving, bringing teams together, and curiosity!

The industry can daunting - we are not great at showcasing the different roles and how it all comes together. We need to get better at helping everyone to understand the opportunities and providing visible role models. This is why I’m so passionate about this programme.

However, I cannot think of a more rewarding and exciting industry, which can provide such challenge, variety and purpose. There is a role for everyone - come and join us to help develop and shape the future of this sector.
