I am a Regional Director and Building Engineering Science Sector Lead at AECOM. I’m also a chartered mechanical engineer and am responsible for the delivery of multi-disciplinary engineering projects primarily within the Science, Higher Education, & Pharma sectors where I specialise in sustainable, life sciences laboratory design.

I’m on the Hertfordshire LEP board as part of the Skills Advisory Panel, and have always been a keen supporter of developing the next generation of engineers.

As a female engineer, I recognise there are various challenges progressing in the construction industry, particularly when balancing family and work priorities but I’m keen to promote a diverse workforce in order to solve the challenges of the future.
